This page explains how our forms and AI Growth Studio use the information you provide.

Enquiries

We store your name, email, message and any brief you choose to share so we can respond and discuss working together. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

A copy of your enquiry is sent to info@gbtech.pt through Hostinger when the notification service is active. It includes your contact details, message and any brief you choose to share.

AI Growth Studio

When you start an analysis or generation, your inputs, imported website content or uploaded image are sent to Google’s Gemini API to produce the response. Avoid sensitive personal data, confidential information or images you do not have permission to use. Outputs are suggestions and require human review.

We store generated results and a pseudonymised technical reference to provide previews and limit usage. We do not store the original image uploaded for review. Google Interaction history is disabled for our API calls; the provider’s data processing terms also apply.

Website analysis

For website analysis, our server visits the public address you provide and may send it to Google PageSpeed Insights for measurements. Reports show only what could be verified; the HTML from this analysis is not sent to Gemini. The result accompanies an enquiry only if you choose to share it.

Storage and access

Enquiries and generated results are stored in the website’s hosting infrastructure. Operational access is restricted to the project’s management. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact below. Data is reviewed and removed when no longer needed for your enquiry, subject to applicable obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This version does not include behavioural advertising, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting may use essential session and security mechanisms.
